To serve as the world’s leading Single Family Office community.

We cultivate strong bonds of friendship and trust by providing a highly curated peer network of single family office principals and senior executives. While our core membership originated in Texas, our global network continues to expand, and we embrace this growth while maintaining a close-knit community among members.

To deliver thought leadership, highly curated educational content, and exceptional networking opportunities to the global single family office community.

We are deeply invested in the quality of our network and the intentional expansion of our relationships to provide members with a safe place where meaningful relationships can flourish. We are committed to continuous learning and innovation as we serve our members and connect the global single family office community.

We strive to provide a sense of belonging. Our family office community is based on Six Core Values of Confidentiality, Professionalism, Cooperation, Non-Solicitation, Diversity and Trust.

Members expect the highest level of integrity and are respectful of each other’s privacy. All information shared between TFOA members is solely for the use of members and cannot be copied, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise disseminated in any other manner to any other individual, organization or industry service providers.

TFOA encourages the free exchange of information based on  open communication and trust among it’s members to serve their respective families. Each member will hold in strict confidence any information shared by other members.

Members shall always conduct themselves in a professional manner and shall represent TFOA and it’s members as such. Each member and it’s representative(s) shall abstain from participating in any TFOA discussion, meeting or activity which would constitute a conflict of interest or appear as a conflict of interest for the member.

The open communication that is essential to TFOA’s community depends on cooperative, supportive and trusted relationships among members. If a competitive situation should arise, members will handle it professionally, offering disclosures and abstentions  as appropriate.

Members shall not solicit the  clients or staff of other members nor shall they use TFOA for the purpose of promoting specific products or services from which they derive financial benefit. In the case of co-investment opportunities, any financial interest in a deal must be clearly disclosed in every communication as it pertains to that opportunity.

While we are not all the same, our greatest strength comes from the diversity of our differences. TFOA is committed to cultivating and preserving a culture of inclusion and connectedness. We are able to grow and learn better together with a diverse community of members. The collective sum of the individual differences, life experiences, knowledge, innovation, self-expression, and talent that our members possess reflects not only on our culture, but also on our reputation and success. Whether selecting speakers for our events, approving members for our group, or content for our publications, we welcome the unique contributions you can bring in terms of your education, opinions, culture, ethnicity, race, sex, gender identity and expression, nation of origin, age, languages spoken, veteran’s status, color, religion, disability, sexual orientation and beliefs.
